This is one of our own favorites! It is a moist and delicious cake made of two layers of vanilla flavored sponge cake, filled with white chocolate truffle cream cheese and raspberries. Finally, decorated with white chocolate shavings on top and white chocolate crumbs on the side.

This lovely sweet and citrus combination of white chocolate mousse and black current mousse makes this cake a great treat! Two layers of raspberry flavored sponge cake, decorated with a black current glaze on the top and surrounded by a strip of embossed joconde.
